We are looking for a responsible candidate to handle Instrumentation Service Follow-up, Customer Follow-up, Stock Maintenance, and Software Data Entry.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain Instrument IN / OUT entries in company software.
Follow up on Service, Repair & Calibration jobs.
Regularly follow up with customers regarding service status and pending approvals.
Coordinate with service engineers and update job progress.
Track every instrument from IN entry to service completion and OUT delivery.
Maintain Stock IN, Stock OUT and Current Stock accurately.
Update Pending / Under Service / Completed / Delivered status.
Maintain service history, customer details, and stock records.
Follow up on pending jobs until complete closure.
Prepare daily service and stock updates.

Role Importance

This role is important to ensure that no instrument, service job, customer follow-up, or stock item is missed.



The candidate should continuously coordinate with customers and the service team until each job is completed and delivered.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation, ECE, EEE, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering disciplines.

Candidate Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Candidates with instrumentation or service-related work experience will be preferred.
Good customer follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of instruments, Excel, and software handling.
Valuable communication skills in Tamil and English.
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
