We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) who would focus on building, maintaining, and improving relationships between a company and its customers. customer interactions, analyzing customer data, and improving customer satisfaction and retention. They use CRM systems to track customer activity, design marketing campaigns, and ensure a personalized customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely follow-up on all client leads after order placement
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing excellent after-sales service
Collect honest customer feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
Manage end-to-end client servicing from order confirmation to payment collection
Address and resolve client queries and concerns promptly and effectively




Provide clear guidance and support to clients regarding company products and services
Act as the primary point of contact for client complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Understand client requirements thoroughly and deliver effective solutions.
