About the Role

As a Client Experience Consultant, you'll be the face of Chamee & Palak, helping clients discover the perfect outfit while delivering a seamless and personalized shopping experience. From consultations to final fittings, you'll ensure every client enjoys a memorable journey with us.

Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in selecting outfits based on their occasion, preferences, and requirements.
Manage in-store consultations, appointments, and client follow-ups.
Coordinate fittings, alterations, and customization with the internal team.
Build solid client relationships through exceptional customer service.
Support store presentation and visual merchandising.
Share customer feedback and insights with the design team.

Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for fashion and customer experience.
Solid attention to detail and a customer-first approach.
Prior experience in fashion retail or luxury retail is preferred.
