Working within a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and rehabilitation specialists, the role focuses on delivering personalised treatment plans, facilitating recovery, and supporting clients through therapy, de-addiction, and long-term rehabilitation programs. The position involves both outpatient and inpatient work across Cadabams Hospitals and rehabilitation centres, contributing to Cadabams’ mission of holistic, patient-centric mental healthcare.

Qualifications Education & Licensure
Master’s or Doctoral degree (M.A./M.Sc. M.Phil , PsyD, or Ph.D.)



in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
Valid license/registration to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in [Country/State].
Additional certifications (trauma therapy, child psychology, neuropsychology, etc.) are an advantage.

Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of psychological theories, diagnostics, and therapeutic modalities.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active-listening skills.
Ability to handle crisis situations with calm and professionalism.
Solid ethical judgment and confidentiality.
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and report writing.
