Job Descritpion of Azure Data Factory Developer

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Azure Data Engineer with robust expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks (ADB), and the broader Azure ecosystem. This role is hands-on, with a focus on building scalable, high-performance data pipelines and solutions while guiding teams through the full development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and manage ADF pipelines, including Polybase integrations.
Work extensively with Azure Storage services (Blob Storage, Data Lake, Data Factory V2, Databricks).
Develop scalable, testable, and maintainable code for data solutions.
Work with streaming analytics and advanced Azure data services such as Data Flows.
Deliver high-volume, low-latency distributed data solutions.
Collaborate with Agile teams across the full software development lifecycle (analysis, design, implementation, testing, support).




Mentor junior developers and manage small technical teams when required.
Engage directly with clients, bringing assertiveness and proactive collaboration to the table.

Must-Have Skills
5+ years of experience with ADF, ADB, Azure SQL, SSIS, and SDFS.
Solid expertise in ADF pipeline development and Polybase.
Deep knowledge of Azure data storage and compute services.
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale data solutions.
Strong understanding of software development best practices.
Agile methodology experience with end-to-end SDLC involvement.
Solid communication and client-facing skills.

Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with Data Warehouse applications.
Exposure to TTH domain projects.
Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
