Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Collaborate with the project manager to prepare schedules and forecasts, ensuring that timelines are met efficiently.
Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations on the site, ensuring work is carried out safely and according to design specifications and quality standards.
Coordination with Teams: Work closely with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and collaboration throughout the project.
Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks of the work being done to maintain high standards and compliance with regulations.
Reporting: Document progress, challenges, and changes in office and report regularly to the project manager, helping to maintain transparency and effective project tracking.
