Key Responsibilities:
Counselling Sessions: Conduct one-on-one sessions with students to understand their goals and provide tailored advice for their academic journey.
Program Guidance: Assist students in selecting appropriate educational programs based on their interests and future aspirations, ensuring they receive relevant information about courses and institutions.
Career Planning: Help students plan for their future careers by discussing potential career paths and the necessary steps to achieve them.
Workshops and Seminars: Organize workshops and information sessions to educate students and parents about educational prospects and application processes.
Follow-Up Support: Maintain contact with students after initial consultations to provide additional guidance as they progress through their educational choices.





Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should possess robust communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to connect effectively with students and parents. You should be empathetic, patient, and able to listen actively to understand student needs. A positive command of English and Bengali is essential.
