Key Responsibilities:
Making Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and provide them with information about our products and services, aiming to generate interest and engage them.
Handling Queries: Answer any questions or concerns that customers may have about our offerings, ensuring clarity and building trust.
Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of all interactions with customers in our database, which helps in tracking progress and improving service.
Follow-up Calls: Perform follow-up calls with leads to gather feedback and encourage them to take further action, effectively nurturing leads through the sales process.
Meeting Targets: Work towards achieving daily and monthly call and sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team.





Candidates should possess valuable communication skills, have a friendly and persuasive tone, and demonstrate patience in dealing with customer issues. Effective listening skills are essential to understand and address customer needs. Being organized and detail-oriented will help in maintaining accurate records and follow-ups.
