Key Responsibilities
Attend and manage walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online customer enquiries.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer follow-ups and lead status.
Maintain daily enquiry, booking, delivery, and sales records.
Prepare quotations, booking forms, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
Coordinate vehicle availability with the inventory team.
Schedule customer appointments, vehicle deliveries, and test rides.
Update CRM/DMS with enquiry and customer details.
Follow up with prospective customers to improve conversion.
Coordinate with the finance and insurance teams for customer documentation.
Ensure timely completion of customer files before vehicle delivery.
Maintain customer database and generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Support showroom promotional activities and sales campaigns.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or Automobile Industry preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Preferred Experience
Experience in Automobile Dealership / Two-Wheeler Showroom.
Knowledge of CRM or Dealer Management System (DMS).
Basic understanding of vehicle finance and insurance processes.
