Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Architect with 3–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in preparing Construction Documents (CD) and Shop Drawings, along with solid drafting capabilities and project coordination experience.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review Construction Documents and Shop Drawings with precision
Collaborate with project teams to ensure design intent and technical accuracy
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout project lifecycle
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and client specifications
Assist in design development and documentation using CAD and BIM tools
Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting activities

Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural drafting tools
Robust understanding of construction detailing and documentation standards
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Knowledge of local building codes and construction practices
