Job Description: Position: Project Manager

Industry: Heat Exchanger / Boiler / Static Equipment Manufacturing
Experience: 2–9 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of projects in the manufacturing of heat exchangers, boilers, or static equipment. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, execution, and timely delivery of projects while ensuring quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete project lifecycle from order receipt to final delivery
Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and quality teams
Prepare project schedules, timelines, and monitor progress
Ensure adherence to technical specifications, client requirements, and industry standards
Handle client communication, meetings, and project updates
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope,



and budget
Monitor fabrication, inspection, and dispatch activities
Maintain proper documentation and reporting

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of heat exchangers, boilers, or static equipment
Project planning and execution skills
Positive understanding of fabrication processes and engineering drawings
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Project, etc.)

Educational Qualification:
Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in EPC / Manufacturing setting
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership and team management skills
