Job Description:

Position: Production Engineer

Location: Bhilad near by Vapi

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Industries: FMCG

Responsibilities:
Plan and monitor daily production to achieve output targets.
Ensure smooth manufacturing of foam, mattresses, and related products as per quality standards.
Optimize machine utilization and reduce production downtime.
Supervise shop-floor operations and manage shift manpower.
Monitor raw material consumption and minimize process wastage.
Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning teams for smooth production flow.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and 5S practices.
Analyze production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain production reports, shift records, and inventory documentation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
