Installation & Commissioning of current equipment and hand over to customer.
Provide training for operational &maintenance; of machine to operator & maintenance person .
Handle customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem and provide appropriate solutions to solve the problem.
Manage customer calls and Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media or onsite.
Generate spares parts leads

Qualification / Skill :
Diploma/ Degree in mechanical with experience in related field or equivalent.
Robust problem-solving skills and Ability to work well in a team environment.
Must be able to understand drawing .
Ability to work flexible schedule and work around a changing schedule.
Good Verbal and written communication skill.
Diploma with 5 Years Experience or B.E. Mechanical 3 Years Experience.
