Responsibilities
Ensure the team meets defined service-level commitments for productivity, quality, and turnaround time.
Manage projects through the full development lifecycle, including risk identification, mitigation, and closure.
Lead CSDM projects and stakeholder calls with sound knowledge of Oracle Cloud business processes.
Provide process guidance on order booking, provisioning, invoicing, and terminations.
Manage stakeholder relationships and strengthen customer-centric ways of working.
Collaborate across functions to deliver shared objectives and improve operational synergies.
Apply cross-functional insights to enhance future processes and operating practices.
Own executive customer escalations, drive cross-functional resolution, and ensure closure.
