Job Description:

Position: DGM - Finance

Location: Santacruz - Mumbai

Experience: 15 - 20 Years

Industries: Engineering

Responsibilities:
Oversee finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
Manage Internal, Statutory, Tax, Cost, and GST audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit observations.
Ensure compliance with ROC, MCA, CSR, Income Tax, GST, TDS, TCS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory regulations.
Handle tax assessments, scrutiny proceedings, tax planning, and optimization of tax liabilities.
Prepare and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, MIS reports, CMA data, QMR, and HMR submissions.
Coordinate with banks for stock statements, debtors statements, and other financial reporting requirements.
Oversee costing activities, cost audits, annual closure entries, and financial controls.
Manage GST reconciliations, return filings, advance tax calculations, and timely statutory payments.
Provide financial analysis, investment research,



and strategic recommendations to support management decision-making.
Lead and support finance team operations while ensuring robust governance, compliance, and risk management practices.

Required Skills:
Expertise in financial accounting, finalization of accounts, budgeting, MIS reporting, and preparation of financial statements.
Solid knowledge of Income Tax, GST, TDS/TCS, ROC, MCA, PF, ESIC, statutory audits, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to lead finance teams, manage audits, drive tax planning, perform financial analysis, and support strategic decision-making.

Required Qualification:- M.Com/MBA - Finance

Salary :- Upto 20.00 LPA
