Job Description: Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager for a clothing manufacturing company who will be responsible for managing overall garment production operations, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining product quality, controlling production costs, and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and monitor daily garment production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines and quality standards.
Handle manpower planning, line balancing, and production scheduling.
Monitor cutting, stitching, finishing, packing, and dispatch operations.
Maintain production efficiency and minimize rejection/wastage.
Coordinate with merchandising, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.




Identify process improvement prospects to increase productivity.
Handle machine utilization and ensure smooth workflow on production floors.
Train and guide supervisors and production staff for better performance.
Maintain discipline and proper coordination among departments.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes.
Experience in handling production lines and workforce management.
Knowledge of stitching, cutting, finishing, and quality standards.
