Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Telesales to join our International Freight Forwarding team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, introducing our freight forwarding services, and generating leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Explain international freight forwarding services clearly and effectively.

Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.

Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.

Follow up with interested clients to convert leads into business.

Coordinate with the sales team to support customer requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year– 2 years of experience in telecalling (freight forwarding/shipping background preferred).

Positive communication skills in English (mandatory).

Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
