We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation / Demand Generation Leader for one of our clients. This role is ideal for a strategic sales development qualified who can drive pipeline growth, lead global SDR teams, and optimize demand generation initiatives.

Location: India

Shift: US Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST)
10+ years in Lead Generation / Demand Generation.
5+ years of leadership experience.
Experience managing 10–20 SDRs.
Robust experience in US & EMEA markets.
Comfortable working 6 PM–3 AM IST.
Experience in inbound lead qualification and lead nurturing.
Proven track record in pipeline, lead generation, and conversion targets.
Experience with Salesforce CRM and reporting.
Experience building/scaling offshore Demand Generation or Inside Sales teams preferred.
