Graphic Designer (1–2 Years Experience)

About the Role

Green Guava is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. You'll work on a wide range of creative projects, including product packaging, branding, social media creatives, marketing materials, and exhibition graphics. If you have a passion for design and enjoy bringing ideas to life, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Create engaging designs using CorelDRAW and Canva .
Develop creative concepts by researching design trends, references, and marketing requirements.
Design layouts with solid typography, composition, color balance, and visual hierarchy.
Create product packaging, labels, brochures, catalogs, flyers, social media creatives, website banners, and other marketing materials.
Produce print-ready artwork and digital creatives with high attention to detail.
Review, refine, and improve designs based on feedback.
Collaborate with the marketing team, printers, web designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality creative assets.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.





Requirements
1–2 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
Proficiency in CorelDRAW (Mandatory).
Strong working knowledge of Canva .
Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is an added advantage.
Positive understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and print production.
Robust creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work.

Nice to Have
Experience with AI design tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, or Midjourney.
Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut).
Experience designing for social media and e-commerce.

Preferred Candidate
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Able to reliably commute to or relocate to Makarba, Ahmedabad before joining.
