Job Description:

Role & responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to expand the affordable home loan portfolio across Maharashtra
Identify current market segments and business prospects in the affordable housing sector.
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of professionals across business development, sales, operations, and credit functions.
Formulate and review the credit policy for affordable home loans to ensure sound risk management practices.
Approve credit decisions for high-value or complex cases, ensuring appropriate risk assessments are conducted.
Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards, including those laid out by the RBI and NHB (National Housing Bank).
Oversee the end-to-end home loan process, from application through to disbursement and servicing.
Work closely with operations teams to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.
Develop and manage the annual business budget for the affordable home loan division.
Monitor financial performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure the achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
