Job Description:
Infrastructure Audits: Ensure the implementation and audit of the infrastructure
checklist at each facility within the zone, in accordance with the Writer Group
checklist.
Audit Score Optimization: Address and resolve audit-related challenges to
maintain robust, measurable audit scores.
Performance Dashboards: Prepare and share a regional process dashboard
detailing compliance on critical processes with the locations and the Zonal Head.
SOP Updates: Analyse location data to provide recommendations for updating operational SOPs.
Training Delivery: Deliver SOP-related training to the Operations team (M5 level).
Process Roll-outs: Manage the roll-out of recent customer-introduced processes across locations.
