Job Description:

Position: Purchase Engineer

Location: Andheri - Mumbai

Experience: 5 - 7 Years

Industries: FMCG

Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end procurement of engineering services, maintenance services, and plant spares.
Develop and manage a reliable vendor’s raise PO is SAP and taking follow up with suppliers.
Float RFQs, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders as per company policies.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to meet plant requirements.
Coordinate with maintenance, production, and project teams for technical specifications and planning.
Monitor inventory levels and plan procurement to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.
Identify cost-saving prospects and implement effective sourcing strategies.




Evaluate supplier performance and take corrective actions when required.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of engineering services and spare parts procurement.
Valuable understanding of mechanical engineering drawing and calculation of job work rate.
Vendor development and cost control expertise.
Maintain procurement documentation and records in S4 HANA SAP.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 14.00 LPA
