Job Description:
Supervise and coordinate all activities on the needle and roller bearing production lines (including assembly, grinding, and inspection processes).
Ensure production targets (quantity, quality, and deadlines) are met during each shift while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols.
Monitor key operational metrics such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), downtime, rejection rates, and productivity.
Manage daily work schedules, allocate resources (manpower, machines), and assign tasks to operators.
Monitor machine setup, calibration, and tooling to ensure consistent product quality and effective operations.
Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
Conduct regular inspections of machines, tools, and workplace conditions to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.




Lead and coach a team of operators and technicians on best practices, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure effective shift handovers to ensure no disruption in production continuity.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines.
Support the implementation of 5S, TPM, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives on the shop floor.
Review and manage daily production reports, performance metrics, and inventory levels.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, EnMS 50001:2018, ISO 10002: 2018, ISO 26000 and other applicable systems.
