About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and agile General Manager – Clinic Operations to lead the operations of a growing multispecialty clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming the clinic into a professionally managed, corporate-style healthcare facility and establishing systems that can be replicated as we expand into multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all departments.
Coordinate schedules and operations for visiting consultants and specialist doctors.
Recruit, train, and supervise administrative and clinical support staff.
Ensure an excellent patient experience from registration to discharge.
Oversee billing, inventory, procurement, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.




Implement and optimize Clinic/Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS).
Work closely with the clinic owner to develop a scalable operational model for future branches.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospital Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–10 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in a multispecialty clinic or hospital.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating specialist consultants.
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in healthcare software, reporting, and operational planning.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in established healthcare organizations, multispecialty hospitals, or clinic chains will be preferred.
