Job Title: Café Manager

Location: Chennai
Experience: 3–6 Years
Industry: QSR / Café / Restaurant

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily café operations and staff.
Deliver excellent customer service.
Achieve sales and operational targets.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
Monitor inventory, cash handling, and stock control.
Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
Coordinate with the Area Manager and Head Office.

Requirements:
Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality (preferred).
3–6 years of café/QSR/restaurant experience.
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
