Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to provide excellent support to customers. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, process orders, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate customer records and update account information.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Follow company policies and customer service procedures.
Meet performance targets such as response time and customer satisfaction scores.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred for some roles).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous customer service, call center, or retail experience.
Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.
Knowledge of the company's products or services.
