Connect and maintain 3-phase and single-phase motors and other electrical loads.

Install, troubleshoot, and maintain DOL and Star-Delta starters.

HT Electrical Systems:

Perform changeover switch maintenance.

Carry out busbar inspection and maintenance.

Control Systems:

Wire and troubleshoot 24V DC and 230V AC sensors.

Diagnose and repair relay and contactor logic circuits.

Wire timer and counter logic circuits.

Perform PLC input/output wiring and troubleshooting.

Electrical Safety:

Ensure proper supply isolation procedures.

Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) practices.

Perform protected online electrical troubleshooting.

General Maintenance:

Conduct daily machine inspections.

Route and dress versatile and armored cables.

Install, align,



and maintain electromagnetic brakes.

Troubleshoot heating elements.

Install and align sensors.

Perform electrical panel maintenance, including cleaning and terminal tightening.

Identify and rectify electrical abnormalities.

Replace faulty electrical components as required.

Required Skills:

Solid knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance.

Hands-on experience with motors, starters, PLC wiring, sensors, relays, and contactors.

Familiarity with electrical safety standards and LOTO procedures.

Ability to troubleshoot industrial machinery efficiently.
