Experience:0-5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
2. Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and effective classroom teaching practices.
3. Maintain a positive, disciplined and student-friendly classroom environment.
4. Assess and monitor students' academic progress and provide appropriate feedback.
5. Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments and other academic resources.
6. Identify students' learning needs and provide appropriate academic support.
7. Collaborate with coordinators and fellow teachers for effective academic planning.
8. Participate actively in school events, co-curricular activities, meetings and professional development programmes.
9. Maintain accurate academic records and complete assigned responsibilities within timelines.
10.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic progress and development.
11. Contribute to the overall academic and developmental goals of the school.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Graduate/Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject.
2. B.Ed. / relevant teaching qualification preferred.
3. Robust subject knowledge and communication skills.
4. Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.
5. Passion for teaching and working with school students.
6. Ability to use technology and digital tools effectively in teaching.
7. Candidates with experience in CBSE / Matriculation curriculum will be preferred.
8. Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and communication skills may also be considered for suitable positions.
