Role overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive business analyst with hands-on exposure to product management. Product management support Assist in defining product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization.nnnWork closely with product managers to refine features and backlogs.nnnParticipate in sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum).nnnAnalyze product performance metrics and suggest improvements.nnnConduct competitor analysis and market research. Stakeholder u0026 communication Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, design, and development teams.nnnFacilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations.nnnEnsure alignment on product requirements and delivery timelines. and risks.nnnCreate dashboards/reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.nnnSupport decision making with insights and recommendations.nnnRequired Skills u0026 Qualifications 24 years of experience as a business analyst.nnnUnderstanding of product management concepts.nnnAviation domain knowledge.nnnExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.nnnStrong documentation skills.nnnBasic knowledge of SQL/Excel or data analysis tools.nnnExcellent analytical and communication skills.nnnExperience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.nnnEducation B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering, followed by an MBA Preferred Skills Exposure to end-to-end product lifecycle.nnnExperience in tech/product-driven environments.nnnKnowledge of UX/UI principles.nnnFamiliarity with API concepts or integrations.
