Job ObjectivennWe are looking for an experienced SAP Business One Implementation u0026 Backend Support professional who can independently support our SAP B1 system and coordinate with implementation partners for ongoing implementation, customization and process improvements.nnThe candidate must have hands-on experience in SAP Business One implementation, along with strong knowledge of SQL, database management, SAP B1 backend and ERP business processes.nn2. Key ResponsibilitiesnnSAP B1 Implementation MandatorynnHave practical experience in end-to-end SAP Business One implementation.nnUnderstand and document business requirements from different departments.nnParticipate in Business Process Study / Gap Analysis.nnMap existing business processes into SAP B1.nnAssist in configuration and implementation of SAP B1 modules.nnPrepare and coordinate master data migration.nnValidate migrated data and ensure accuracy.nnPrepare and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).nnPrepare test scenarios and test cases.nnCoordinate with key users and SAP consultants during implementation.nnIdentify implementation gaps and recommend suitable solutions.nnCoordinate Go-Live activities and cutover.nnProvide post-Go-Live support and resolve implementation-related issues.nnSupport implementation of current modules, branches, processes and functionalities.nn3. SAP B1 Backend u0026 Database ResponsibilitiesnnStrong knowledge of SAP Business One database structure.nnHands-on experience with SQL Server / SAP HANA.nnDevelop SQL queries for data extraction,



validation and MIS.nnCreate and maintain queries, views and stored procedures where required.nnTroubleshoot database and transaction-related issues.nnValidate data integrity and identify transaction mismatches.nnSupport database backup and recovery activities.nnAnalyse SAP B1 tables and relationships for reporting and troubleshooting.nn4. User Support u0026 TrainingnnProvide first-level technical and functional support to SAP B1 users.nnUnderstand user problems and identify the root cause.nnCoordinate with consultants for unresolved issues.nnTrain users on SAP B1 processes.nnPrepare SOPs and user documentation.nnMonitor recurring issues and implement permanent solutions.nn8.
