Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, database development, and software development practices. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable and reliable applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Work with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application quality.
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely fixes.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and other developers.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.




- Develop technical documentation where required.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP, Collections, Exception Handling, and Multithreading.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data JPA.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with Git and build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
- Experience with JUnit/Mockito or other testing frameworks.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Positive to Have

- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Kafka or other messaging systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Knowledge of Redis or other caching technologies.
- Exposure to system design and performance optimization.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
