We are looking for ITSM professionals with hands-on experience in platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, ManageEngine, BMC Remedy, Ivanti, Cherwell, Freshservice, or similar enterprise service management tools.
Experience in Incident, Change, Problem, Request Management, CMDB, and Knowledge Management
Workflow configuration, automation, SLAs, approvals, notifications
REST APIs, integrations, and application support
Understanding of ITIL processes and service management concepts
Robust stakeholder communication and troubleshooting skills
⭐ Preferred: BMC Helix ITSM, SQL, reporting, low-code/no-code platforms, SaaS migration experience
