Qualifications and Experience

 Bachelor's degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Engineering, Information

Design, Digital Media or related disciplines.

 Master's degree in Design, Human Factors, HCI, Product Design or Business Management

preferred.

 Approximately 10-14 years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, Service Design, Digital

Experience or Human-Centred Design roles.

 Demonstrated experience leading complex digital customer journeys in insurance, financial

services, healthcare, InsurTech, fintech, e-commerce, travel technology or other consumer digital

businesses.

 Proven experience in AI-powered experiences, conversational interfaces, mobile applications,

web platforms and conversion optimisation.

 Experience building and leading high-performing UX/UI teams.12+ years of experience, with at

least 5 years in a P&L; leadership role within a high-growth D2C setup (FinTech, InsurTech, or E-

commerce).

Required Skills and Competencies

 Ability to translate business strategy into customer-centric digital experiences.





 Expertise in customer research, usability testing, customer segmentation and behavioural

analysis.

 Strong understanding of customer trust and comprehension challenges in regulated industries.

 Expertise in information architecture, interaction design, service design, visual design systems

and accessibility standards.

 Experience designing chat, WhatsApp, conversational AI and intelligent-assistant experiences.

 Understanding of AI interaction patterns, recommendation systems and human-AI collaboration

models.

 Robust understanding of digital conversion funnels, experimentation frameworks and customer-

engagement metrics.

 Strong understanding of digital conversion funnels, experimentation frameworks and customer-

engagement metrics; Ability to use data to identify opportunities and prioritise improvements.

 Ability to influence product, technology, business and marketing teams without direct authority.
