Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive branch business by achieving gold loan disbursement and revenue targets.
- Acquire recent customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Manage overall branch operations, including loan processing, disbursement, renewals, and closures.
- Ensure accurate gold appraisal and valuation as per company policies.
- Monitor portfolio quality, collections, overdue accounts, and NPAs.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal policies, audit, and KYC requirements.
- Lead, train, and monitor branch staff to improve productivity and service quality.
- Handle customer grievances and deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain branch security, vault management, and operational controls.
