The role involves handling sales enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, following up with customers, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming sales enquiries from customers, dealers, and business partners. Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team for suitable solutions. Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information. Follow up with customers and dealers regarding quotations and orders. Coordinate with the sales team to track leads and opportunities. Maintain and update enquiry, quotation, and order status. Coordinate with production, purchase, stores, accounts, and installation teams for order execution. Track product availability, order processing, dispatch, and delivery status. Coordinate customer meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits when required. Support the sales team with product presentations and technical information. Maintain regular communication with customers and dealers regarding order updates. Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly sales and follow-up reports. Identify pending enquiries and ensure timely follow-up. Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales activities. Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales objectives. Handle basic customer queries and coordinate technical issues with the relevant team. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, dealers, and channel partners.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Inside Sales, or a similar role. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Power Point. Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams. Ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups simultaneously. Willingness to learn technical products and home automation solutions.
