Ctc - upto 12 Lpa (depends on intervie w)Working days – 6 days (2nd & 4th sat of f) Job Summ ary: We are looking for a energetic and result-dri ven Area Sales Man ager to oversee and grow our General Trade and/or Modern Trade channels in the Mumbai region.

The ideal candidate must come from the FMCG indu stry, possess str ong market knowl edge, and h ave proven experience in managing sales t eams Key Responsibili ties: Drive primary and secondary sales targets in assigned territory through GT/MT chan nels.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business g oals.





Identify and onboard new channel partners/distributors and nurture existing relations hips.

Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, and ensure timely order fulfill ment.

Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Officers/Sales Executives to maximize producti vity.

Coordinate with marketing and trade marketing teams for execution of in-store promotions, schemes, and visibility p lans.

Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to make informed decis ions.

Ensure compliance with credit policies and maintain account hyg iene.

Regularly visit markets and retail outlets to ensure strong field presence and relationship bui lding
