About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Marketing Executive to spearhead the Triloke Gifting division. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end corporate gifting projects, manage client relationships, coordinate with vendors, and ensure seamless execution of gifting solutions for businesses and individuals.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the overall operations of the Triloke Gifting business vertical.

* Handle end-to-end corporate gifting projects, from requirement gathering to successful delivery.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.

* Understand client requirements and curate customized gifting solutions based on budgets and objectives.

* Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely procurement and delivery.

* Negotiate pricing, timelines, and contracts with vendors to maximize profitability.

* Monitor project timelines, inventory, and order fulfillment to ensure smooth execution.





* Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth through client acquisition and retention.

* Collaborate with internal teams for branding, packaging, and marketing initiatives.

* Track project performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management.

* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and addressing concerns promptly.

* Stay updated on gifting trends, corporate gifting preferences, and market opportunities.

Requirements

* 3–6 years of experience in project management, client servicing, account management, operations, or corporate gifting.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Experience in vendor management and procurement is preferred.

* Ability to work independently and drive projects from conception to completion.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and project management tools.

* Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and execution.

Preferred Skills

* Experience in corporate gifting, events, merchandise, branding, or e-commerce.

* Strong networking and business development capabilities.
