Role** Full Stack Developer (Offshore)

Required Technical Skill Set**

- Full life cycle experience in application development, deployment, and operations
- 6-8 years of Front-End development experience.
- Robust working experience ReactJs, Redux,Javascript, Web Server (Apache/Nginx), ES6 and JSX,Vue JS, HTML5 CSS, GIT, Node
- Strong working experience in Python including microservice design.
- Proficiency in database design and SQL, with experience in working with relational databases such as AlloyDB / PostgreSQL
- Strong understanding of modular front-end and back-end architecture, state handling and UI performance optimization.
- Developing new user-facing features using React.js
- Collaborate with different teams to conceptualize and design, highly scalable and reliable software solutions with REST APIs following SDLC best practices and DevOps principles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

- Strong proficient in ReactJs, Redux,Javascript, Web Server (Apache/Nginx), ES6 and JSX,Vue JS, HTML5 CSS, GIT, Node.
- Strong working experience in Python including experience in microservice design.




- Developing new user-facing features using React.js
- Translate Business Requirements for promotions, pricing rules and discount logic into responsive and user-friendly UI components
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries
- Translating designs / wireframes into code
- Proficiency in database design and SQL, with experience in working with relational databases such as AlloyDB/PostgreSQL
- Perform debugging, optimization and performance tuning of applications in terms of front-end and back-end. Perform debugging, optimization and performance tuning of applications in terms of front-end and back-end.

Good-to-Have

- Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.
- Documenting application changes and developing updates
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to learn/adapt quickly to new Technologies as per the business need.
- Hands on knowledge of build tools like Gulp, Grunt.
- Hands-on with advanced Python concepts(Pandas, NumPy, (Python-Lambda), Optimization, Memory management))
- Experience with GIT and agile development methodologies.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1. Maintain existing React systems, including fixing bugs
2. Design and develop new custom components to meet project requirements
3. Install and configure server environments for React deployments
4. Maintain and update project dependencies as well as fix any conflicts
5. Working with other JavaScript developers and software engineers to develop front-end and back-end architecture that's well-structured and flexible, along with the APIs to support it
