The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for managing daily housekeeping operations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the residential property, and ensuring excellent service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise housekeeping staff and manage daily work schedules.

- Ensure cleanliness of common areas, lobbies, corridors, lifts, amenities, and parking areas.

- Conduct regular inspections and maintain service quality standards.

- Manage housekeeping materials, equipment, and inventory.

- Handle resident complaints and ensure timely resolution.

- Train and monitor staff performance, grooming, and safety practices.

- Coordinate with facility management and vendors for smooth operations.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in housekeeping/facility management, preferably in residential buildings, hotels, or hospitality operations.

- Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills.

- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, safety practices, and staff training.
