Recruitment Head (Head of Talent Acquisition)

Role Purpose

Lead the firm’s recruitment strategy, team management, and delivery excellence for international assignments across multiple verticals.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with client needs and market benchmarks (GCC, Europe, Asia).

- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters: set targets, conduct performance reviews, and ensure SLA adherence.

- Collaborate with BDM and clients to understand role requirements, job descriptions, and selection criteria.

- Oversee end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.

- Build and maintain talent pools for critical roles (engineering, healthcare, IT, hospitality, construction).

- Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) and drive continuous improvement.

- Ensure compliance with overseas employment regulations, visa processes,



and client-specific onboarding requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business, or related field; MBA/PGDM preferred

- 8–12 years in recruitment, with 4+ years in a leadership role (staffing/recruitment firm)

- Proven experience in international hiring (GCC, Europe, Asia) across multiple sectors

- Solid people management, coaching, and stakeholder management skills

- Expertise in ATS/CRM tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and MS Excel for analytics
