We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer communication, order coordination, follow-ups, and after-sales support. The ideal candidate will build strong customer relationships and work closely with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day communication with existing customers

- Handle customer enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally

- Coordinate customer orders from confirmation to delivery

- Follow up with Production, Stores, Dispatch, and Logistics teams

- Provide regular order and delivery updates to customers

- Maintain customer records and update CRM/ERP systems

- Coordinate quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documentation

- Conduct customer follow-ups and collect feedback

- Support the sales team in customer retention and repeat business

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

- Prepare customer reports, MIS, and follow-up status

- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues
