About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, curious, and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to join our team. In this role, you'll help identify robust candidates for specific industries and roles, research relevant companies to inform hiring decisions, and craft personalized outreach communication. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves research, enjoys understanding people's career stories, and wants to build real-world skills in recruitment, market research, and professional communication.

What You'll Do

- Identify and shortlist strong candidate profiles based on defined role and industry criteria
- Evaluate CVs and profiles against role requirements
- Conduct research on companies and industries to support hiring decisions
- Draft and send personalized, well-researched outreach communication to candidates
- Maintain organized trackers and reporting on candidates and outreach progress
- Follow up on outreach and help refine messaging based on results




- Collaborate with the team on targeting and messaging approaches

What We're Looking For

- Strong research skills — comfortable digging beyond the obvious to find the right people and the right information
- Excellent written and verbal communication — able to write clear, compelling, and personalized messages (not generic templates)
- Analytical mindset — able to spot patterns, evaluate candidates critically, and prioritize the best fit
- Comfort working with professional networking platforms and online research tools
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills — able to manage multiple threads without losing accuracy
- Curiosity about industries, companies, and people
- Basic proficiency with spreadsheets/tools (Google Sheets, Excel) for tracking
- Prior exposure to recruitment, sales prospecting, or research internships is a plus, but not required
