Job Summary:Policybazaar is hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Area Manager – Field to lead and drive high-performing hybrid sales teams. The candidate must have strong exposure to B2C and Field Sales (Mandatory) along with experience managing both field and telesales operations in a target-driven setting.Roles & Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate field sales teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targetsMust have hands-on experience handling both field sales and telesales teamsPlan and execute strategies to improve productivity and conversionsConduct regular field visits and call audits for coaching and performance improvementMonitor attendance, daily productivity,
