flexible work environment with other passionate marketersJob Role:Own day-to-day client servicing and account management across digital brand-building mandatesUnderstand client objectives and translate them into clear briefs and actionable marketing plansCoordinate with internal teams and specialist partners across social media, content, design, websites, SEO, SEM, performance and other digital servicesDevelop content calendars, campaign ideas and creative conceptsCreate or edit social media content, presentations and other marketing assets when requiredManage posting, page management and online reputation managementTrack account performance, prepare basic reports and identify opportunities for improvementIdentify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and stronger client engagementApply if you have:2–4 years of experience in client servicing / account management at an agencyExperience managing social media accounts and digital marketing projectsA positive understanding of SEO, SEM, performance marketing, websites and social mediaStrong communication skills, both written and spokenGood Canva skills; familiarity with Premiere Pro, InShot, Adobe or AI tools is a bonusGood working knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTubeStrong organisational and follow-up skillsGood creative judgement and attention to detailThe ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environmentApply on LinkedIn.Website: paperplanetales.com
