About the Role

Won Motors an automotive accessories and car-care brand under Won Motors, is looking for a proactive B2B LinkedIn Growth & Business Development Executive.

This role combines LinkedIn content management, B2B lead generation, client communication and meeting coordination.

Responsibilities

- Manage LinkedIn content, including skilled posts, carousels, blogs and B2B-focused updates
- Research and connect with potential B2B customers such as automotive dealers, distributors, fleet operators and corporate buyers
- Handle LinkedIn outreach, connection requests and follow-ups
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
- Handle initial client calls and arrange meetings with qualified prospects
- Maintain lead sheets or CRM and update prospect status regularly
- Support market research and competitor analysis
- Track weekly metrics,



including leads generated, calls completed and meetings booked

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, LinkedIn lead generation or client servicing
- Good English communication and professional writing skills
- Confident in handling client calls and coordinating meetings
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets or CRM tools
- Strong follow-up, organisational and relationship-building skills
- Interest in the automotive industry is an advantage
