- Consult with clients to understand their travel needs preferences and budgets-Research and present suitable travel options including destinations transportation and accommodations- Book travel services such as hotels car rentals resorts and homestays- Provide clients with detailed travel itineraries and travel insurance options- Handle changes cancellations and other issues related to bookings in a timely and qualified manner- Maintain client records and build long-term relationships for repeat business- Meet sales targets and maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products and services- Provide after-sales support and resolve any travel-related issues clients may encounter Requirements
- Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role- Knowledge of travel booking software- Strong communication interpersonal and sales skills- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities- Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality customer service- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed- Diploma or degree in Tourism Hospitality or related field preferred
