As a Cloud Operations Administrator, a typical day involves collaborating closely with the Service Delivery Manager to oversee capacity management, ensuring that cloud resources are efficiently allocated and utilized. The role includes managing billing and show back operations to maintain transparency and accuracy in cloud expenditure.

Additionally, the position requires continuous efforts in cost optimization across various cloud platforms, balancing performance needs with budget constraints. This dynamic environment demands proactive monitoring and coordination to support seamless cloud operations and service delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Monitor cloud resource usage and recommend adjustments to optimize capacity and cost.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cloud governance policies and best practices.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation related to cloud operations and billing processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on cloud operational tasks.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SUSE Linux Administration.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and monitoring tools.
- Strong understanding of system performance tuning and troubleshooting in Linux environments.
- Familiarity with automation and scripting to streamline operational tasks.
- Knowledge of cost management strategies and billing mechanisms in cloud platforms.
- Ability to work with multiple cloud environments and integrate solutions effectively.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SUSE Linux Administration.
- This position is based at our CODC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
