Summary

Seeking an experienced SAP MDG Lead to drive master data governance, Business Partner adoption, Customer Vendor Integration (CVI), data quality management, and migration governance for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation. The role will ensure master data readiness, governance, and quality throughout the conversion lifecycle while supporting future-state S/4HANA, EHSM, and QM initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities
Assess current master data landscape, governance processes, and data quality.
Lead Customer and Vendor master data readiness assessments and CVI activities.
Support SAP Readiness Check, ATC, and S/4HANA conversion readiness initiatives.
Identify and mitigate master data quality risks impacting S/4HANA adoption.
Establish data governance framework, ownership model, and stewardship processes.
Define and govern data migration strategy, templates, mapping rules, and cleansing activities.
Coordinate with Functional, Integration, Security, and Business teams to ensure data readiness.




Support mock loads, reconciliations, defect management, cutover, and hypercare activities.
Drive Business Partner adoption and future-state master data processes.

Track data quality metrics, migration status, and issue resolution.

Professional & Technical Skills

5+ years of SAP Master Data and Data Governance experience.

Strong expertise in: SAP MDG, Business Partner (BP), Customer Vendor Integration (CVI), Data Migration & Governance

SAP MDG Lead-Master Data Quality Management-SAP S/4HANA Conversion Readiness
Experience with data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and migration testing.
Knowledge of Customer, Vendor, Material, Asset, and Functional master data.
Familiarity with SAP Data Services, Migration Cockpit, and governance frameworks.

Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
