Job Description Duties & Responsibilities:
/n /n Design high-quality visual assets for digital and print media, including social media creatives, website banners, marketing collateral, presentations, advertisements, and branding materials.
/n Create intuitive, user-centric, and responsive UI designs for websites and digital platforms by applying UI/UX best practices to enhance usability and customer experience.
/n Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and final UI designs in collaboration with business and development teams.
/n Edit and optimize product images, website content, videos, and other digital assets while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
/n Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, content creation, image generation, asset enhancement, background removal, retouching, and workflow automation while maintaining high creative and brand standards.
/n Present creative concepts, contribute innovative design solutions, and continuously improve visual communication across all customer touchpoints.
/n Stay updated with emerging design trends, AI technologies, and industry best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.

/n /n Desired Candidate Profile: /n /n 4–7 years of experience in Graphic Design with hands-on exposure to UI/UX design.

/n Solid portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital marketing creatives, website UI, responsive design, and AI-assisted creative workflows.
/n Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, visual hierarchy, user-centered design principles, and modern design systems.
/n Experience leveraging AI tools to improve design productivity, ideation, and content generation.
/n Excellent communication skills in English with strong attention to detail.
/n Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
/n Graduate/Postgraduate in Design (B. Des/M. Des) from NIFT, NID, or a reputed design institute preferred.
