-Teamcenter Business Analyst Role Description We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Siemens Teamcenter particularly the CQA and TC-IE modules The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation optimization and support of lab and quality systems You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of Teamcenter with Teamcenter and SAP PLM enabling efficient data flow streamlined operations and improved decision-making across the organization Must Have Skills Experience as a Business Analyst in the lab or manufacturing workplace Hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter RD L especially CAQ and TC-IE Strong understanding of lab processes sample lifecycle and quality control Familiarity with SQL data modeling and system integration concepts Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills Core skill set Responsibility Requirements Gathering Analysis Collaborate with R D QA QC and IT teams to gather and document business requirements Analyze lab workflows and translate them into functional specifications for CAQ and TC-IE System Implementation Optimization Support the configuration and deployment of Siemens Teamcenter CAQ and TC-IE modules Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements Stakeholder Communication Serve as the primary point of contact between business users and technical teams Conduct workshops training sessions and user acceptance testing UAT Data Integrity Compliance Ensure system compliance with regulatory standards e g FDA GxP Support data validation audit trails and electronic records management Reporting Documentation Develop business process documentation SOPs and user manuals Generate reports and dashboards for lab performance and compliance metrics Additional Information
